Disbursement Page

A disbursement page provides information about one disbursement, like a check. You can access it from a bank account’s register. For information about how to access a disbursement page, see Bank Account Register.

The summary displays the payee with address. Next to that are the amount, date and type. The bank information section includes the bank, account name, and number. Post status and date are also included. This section gives you a quick overview of the disbursement with more information than what is on the physical document.

The Transactions tab has a grid for transaction date, number, description, discount taken, and payment amount. It shows what invoices and credit memos were paid by the disbursement. It also shows you what discount, if any, was taken.

The Disbursement History tab displays a date and timestamp for actions performed on the disbursement. It also displays the user who performed the action. Actions shown on this tab include voids and purges.
