Edit Disbursement Transactions Screen

You can view disbursement transactions for a vendor from the Edit disbursement transactions screen. You can also exclude transactions and change the amount to pay. For information about how to edit disbursement transactions, see Edit Disbursement Transactions.

Description

Vendor

The screen displays the transactions in a process for a single vendor.

Disbursement amount

This is a total.

Include

Clear this field to exclude a transaction from the disbursement process. The transaction will move to the Excluded Transactions grid on the Disbursement Detail tab. When you clear this, the Amount to pay field becomes “$0.00.”

Number

For invoices, this is the invoice number.

Date

For invoices, this is the invoice date.

Due date

This is the due date for the transaction. This is equal to Date for credit memos.

Scheduled Amount

This is the scheduled amount. When you define a schedule, it appears on the Schedule tab for the transaction. It does not include a discount.

Discount Available

This is the discount available. If there are multiple payments for an invoice, it is only displayed for the last payment. You can use this as a reminder to take a discount.

Discount Taken

This displays the part of the available discount that you took.

Scheduled Net Amount

The scheduled net amount is calculated from Scheduled Amount and Discount Taken.

Amount to Pay

Select the fields to edit the individual amounts. When you enter “$0.00” in this field, the Include field clears. The amount cannot be greater than the scheduled net amount.
