Edit Linked Disbursement Formats

Disbursement formats determine the output format and printer for a disbursement process. You can edit a format for a disbursement process the same way you can edit a format for a process template.

1. Select Edit on the Disbursement formats tab of the Disbursement process template.The Edit linked disbursement format screen appears. The items on this screen are the same as on the Link a disbursement format screen. For a detailed explanation of the options on this screen, see Link a Disbursement Format Screen.

2. Select a format name and printer.

3. Select Save. You return to the disbursement process template page.
