Include transactions by due date

Select this option to include transactions by due date in the disbursement process.

Transactions that are due or become due

If you select Include transactions by due date, enter a number of days and select “Before” or “After.” This determines transactions to include. For example, enter “2” in Number of days and select “After” from Before or after the process date to include all transactions with due dates up to and including two days after the process runs. If the process runs on July 27, 2010 then transactions with due dates up to and including July 29, 2010 are included in the disbursement process.

Include invoices with discounts that expire

If you select Include transactions by due date, select this option to include invoices by a discount expiration date. Enter a number of days and select “Before” or “After.” This determines the transactions to include. For example, enter “3” next to Number of days and select “Before” from Before or after the process date to include all transactions with discount expiration dates up to and including three days before the process is run. If the process is runs on July 29, 2010 then transactions with discount expiration dates up to and including July 26, 2010 are included in the disbursement process.

Include all unpaid transactions

Select this option to include all unpaid transactions. Transactions that are locked because of another process are still excluded.

Include selected transactions

Select this option to choose transactions by query.

If you select Include selected transactions, the transaction selection appears here. Use the search icon to search for a selection of invoices and credit memos to include in the disbursement process.

Calculate discounts as of

Enter the number of days before the process runs for which to calculate discounts. A discount is taken for invoices with a discount expiration date before the disbursement date.
