Add a disbursement process template

  1. From Treasury, select Disbursements. The Disbursements page appears.

  2. On the Processes tab, select Add and select Payables disbursement process template. The Add a disbursement process template screen appears. For a detailed explanation of the options on this screen, see Add a Disbursement Process Template Screen.

  3. Enter a name and description for the template. These appear in searches for disbursement process templates.

  4. In the Bank account field, select the bank account from which to make disbursements. Your choices include checking and savings accounts with an open status.

  5. Select Save. The Disbursement process template page appears.
