Custom Redemption Totals

The Incentives page now includes Custom Redemption Totals to combine match caps from different programs.

To configure Custom Redemption Totals:

1. Select Add Tile.

2. Select existing active programs that you want to add to the new tile. A tile must have at least one program, but you can add as many active programs as you want.

3. Select whether or not you want to display the match cap. If you select multiple programs that have match caps, the match caps are added together. If you select programs that do not have match caps, then the Display Match Cap option is automatically disabled.

4. Select Save.

5. To delete a tile, click the delete icon next to a tile title. To edit a tile, select the edit icon next to a tile title.

Tip: When there is only one program assigned to a tile, and the user does not qualify for this program, the entire tile is hidden for the user.
