Personal data

Personal data is any information relating to a person who can be identified directly or indirectly. Examples of personal data include: 

• Employee information (first and last name, email, employee ID, etc.)

• Sales databases

• Customer services data

• Customer feedback forms

• Location data

• Biometric data

• Health information

• Financial information

Requesting your personal data

1. Select the profile icon.

2. Select Request an Export of Your Data at the bottom of the page.

3. Select Request Now.

4. Select Download.

Deleting your personal data

1. Select the profile icon.

2. Select Request to Delete Your Data at the bottom of the page.

3. Select Proceed with GDPR Opt-Out to confirm data deletion.

You'll receive a confirmation email of your request. Additionally, admins receive an email notification if a user in their community opts out and requests their data to be deleted.
