Company Volunteer Report

The Company Volunteer Report is located in the CSRconnect Admin Portal. On the Report menu, navigate to Standard Reports, Volunteer, Company Volunteer Report.

The following columns are available within the Company Volunteer Report:

Term	Definition
level 0	Should be set to CEO or top-level role in the company. All subsequent levels report up to this level
level 1	Subsequent hierarchy level that report up to level 0 (as applicable)
level 2	Subsequent hierarchy level that report up to level 1 (as applicable)
level 3	Subsequent hierarchy level that report up to level 2 (as applicable)
level 4	Subsequent hierarchy level that report up to level 3 (as applicable)
level 5	Subsequent hierarchy level that report up to level 4 (as applicable)
level 6	Subsequent hierarchy level that report up to level 5 (as applicable)
level 7	Subsequent hierarchy level that report up to level 6 (as applicable)
level 8	Subsequent hierarchy level that report up to level 7 (as applicable)
level 9	Subsequent hierarchy level that report up to level 8 (as applicable)
level 10	Subsequent hierarchy level that report up to level 9 (as applicable)
level 11	Subsequent hierarchy level that report up to level 10 (as applicable)

Employee Email	Employee’s email address Column data is from client HR data.
Employee ID	Column data is from client HR data.
Employee Region	Column data is from client HR data.
Level	Level of this employee
Total Employees	Total number of employees who report to this employee's level
Hours Volunteered	This is the total number of volunteer hours for those who report to this employee's level.
Total Unique Employees Participated	Total number of unique employees who participated and report to this employee
Total Events	Total number of unique volunteer events for those who report to this employee's level
Total Projects	Total number of unique volunteer projects for those who report to this employee's level
Total Individual Activities	Total number of unique individual activities for those who report to this employee's level
Total Organizations	Total number of unique organizations for those who report to this employee's level
Average Hours Volunteered	Average number of hours volunteered for those who report to this employee's level
