Engagement Element Summary Report

The Engagement Element Summary Report is located in the CSRconnect Admin Portal. On the Report menu, navigate to Standard Reports, Give, Engagement Element Summary Report.

The following columns are available within the Engagement Element Summary Report:

Term	Definition
Engagement Element ID	ID assigned to the Engagement Element
Engagement Element Name	Engagement Element name
Charity ID	Charity’s ID
Charity Name	Charity or organization's name
Number of Donors	Number of unique donors who contributed using the Engagement Element link
Average Dollar Amount	Average dollar amount contributed using the Engagement Element
Total Pledge Amount	Total payroll pledge amount based on the date filter. For Recurring Payroll: Total for all pay period transactions pledged within the date range listed in the date filter.
Total Donation Amount	Total amount of all pledges and donations collected through the Engagement Element based on the date filter.
Total Requested Match Amount	Total match amount donors requested through the Engagement Element based on the date filter.
Total Approved Match Amount	Total match amount approved for donations submitted through the Engagement Element based on the date filter.
