Export Summary

The Export Summary (the downloaded file is labeled as the Event Participation Summary) is accessed through the Manage Participants feature. In the Community environment, navigate to Volunteer, Manage Opportunities, select the event, Manage Event, Manage Participants, Export Summary.

The following columns are available within the Export Summary:

Sign Up Source Method used for employee's signup
Checked In Updated Date

Date and time (based on the event's time zone) when the event organizer updated the participant’s check-in

If the participant was on a waitlist, this column will be empty.

Checked In Status

Participant’s most recent status
- Checked In
– Check-in completed
- Check-in Removed
– Event organizer removed the participant’s check-in using Manage Participants
- Not Checked In
– Participant did not check in

If the participant was on a waitlist, this column will be empty.

Checked In Date

Date and time (based on the event's time zone) when the participant was checked in

If the participant was on a waitlist, this column will be empty.

Check In Source

Participant's check-in source

  • QR Code - Participant checked in using the QR code

  • Organizer - Organizer or administrator checked the participant in using Manage Participants

If the participant was on a waitlist, this column will be empty.

Was employee on the waitlist for this event?

Added From Waitlist Date If the employee was on the waitlist and then added to the event, this is the date and time that they were added.

Custom Event Questions If applicable, these are the question(s) tied to participants in the sign up flow.
