Match Program ID	ID assigned to the match program
Match Program Name	Name of the match program
Program Type	Type of program: Volunteer Related Grant Credit Card Match Payroll Match Offline Match Disaster Match
Match Program Start Date	Start date when matches are eligible to be applied for within the program.
Match Program End Date	Last day within the program when matches are eligible.
Match Program Request End Date	Last date the user can request a match in this program. The donation (Pledge Create Date) date must occur within the start date/end date range.
Match Setting ID	ID used to connect this program with a match cap
Match Cap Name	Name of the match cap
Match Cap Amount	Total amount in local currency for match setting (match cap)
Currency Code	Donation currency code
Match Ratio	Percentage of donation matched
Is Auto Match	No longer applicable
Employee Category	Apply this match program to one specific employee category
Allow Any Charity	Match program setting indicator that dentifies whether the program allows AYO (Add your own charity/organization). YES NO
Charity List Or Bucket	Create and attach a list of match eligible charities. Users only receive a prompt to match if they donate to a listed charity.
Excluded Charity List	No longer applicable
Default Matching Charity List Name	Create and attach a list of charities that will receive matching funds regardless of what the original EIN was.
Is Promote Match Program	Is this match program being promoted? YES NO
Questionnaire Name	Name of the custom question list in the match flow
Minimum Match Request Amount One Time	The minimum dollar amount to receive a prompt for a one-time payroll match request. Required for one-time matches.
Maximum Match Request Amount One Time	The minimum dollar amount to receive a prompt for a one-time payroll match request. Required for one-time matches.
Maximum Match Request Amount One Time	The maximum amount permitted for a one-time payroll match request. Not required.
Payroll Recurring Match Amount Min Per Pay Check	The minimum dollar amount to receive a prompt for a recurring payroll match request. Required for recurring matches.
Payroll Recurring Match Amount Min Total	For the duration of the program, this is the minimum dollar amount needed to receive a prompt for a recurring payroll match request. Required for recurring matches. Must be at least $1.00 for this feature to activate.
Payroll Recurring Match Amount Max Total	For the duration of the program, this is the maximum dollar amount needed to receive a prompt for a recurring payroll match request. Note: This is not the personal match cap or setting. If you set an amount, a user will not receive a prompt for this program if their donations exceed this amount. This option is not commonly used.
Limit One Per Charity	Is there a limit of one match program per charity? YES NO

For Charity Board Member	If selected, this program compares whether the user has an active board membership with the receiving charity. Users will only receive a prompt if they are board members.
