Record a Fundraiser Report

The Record a Fundraiser report is located in the CSRconnect Admin Portal. From Admin tools, navigate to Reporting, Standard Reports, Give, Fundraiser Report.

The following columns are available within the Record a Fundraiser Report:

Term	Definition
Fundraiser ID	ID for the recorded fundraiser
Fundraiser Name	Name of the recorded fundraiser
Fundraiser Description	Description of the recorded fundraiser
Fundraiser Date	Date of the fundraiser. This is not the date the fundraiser was recorded.
Fundraiser Amount	Amount recorded for the fundraiser
Creator Name	The name of the employee who recorded the fundraiser
Creator Email	The email address of the person who recorded the fundraiser
Organizer Name	The name of the fundraiser organizer, if the creator recorded the fundraiser under someone else's name. If the creator did not record the fundraiser under someone else's name, this field will be the creator's name.
Organizer Email	The email address of the fundraiser organizer, if the creator recorded the fundraiser under someone else's name. If the creator did not record the fundraiser under someone else's name, this field will be the creator's email address.
Total Fundraiser Participants	The total number of participants, if provided
Giving Campaign Name	The name of the giving campaign associated with the fundraiser, if applicable
Charity ID	The unique ID in the YourCause system for this charity
Charity EIN	Charity registration ID according to the charity feed from Blackbaud Verified Network . This is the charity's official ID, and is also referred to as Tax ID, bank identification number (BIN), employer identification number (EIN), registration number, or Government ID.
Charity Name	Charity or organization's name
Charity Address	Charity's address
Charity City	Charity's city
Charity State	Charity's state
Charity Country	Charity's country code
Charity Zip Code	Charity's zip or postal code
