Survey Report
The Survey Report is located in the CSRconnect Admin Portal. On the Report menu, navigate to Standard Reports, Other, Survey Report.
The following columns are available within the Survey Report:

| SurveyID | Survey's ID |
| SurveyCompletedDate | Date the employee completed the survey |
