Volunteer Events Report

The Volunteer Events Report is located in the CSRconnect Admin Portal. From Admin tools, navigate to Reporting, Standard Reports, Volunteer, Volunteer Events Report.

The following columns are available within the Volunteer Events Report:

Term Definition
Event ID Unique ID for event, individual activity, or project, but cannot be blank
Event Name Name of the event
Event Created Date Date the event was created
Event Start Date The event's start date and time
Event End Date The event's end date and time
Event Updated Date The date the last update occurred for the event
Is Event Recurring

Is this a recurring event?

  • TRUE

Number of Occurrences Total number of active occurrences for this event
Show in Search Identifier for whether the event is set to appear in Search Opportunities
Campaign Name Name of the volunteer campaign
General Event Tags What general tags were selected for this event?
Is Virtual

Was this a virtual event?

Is VTO Eligible

This event is eligible for Volunteer Time Off (VTO)

Total Participations Total number of participation instances for this event

Employee Hours Total number of employee hours for this event
