Volunteer Events Report

The Volunteer Events Report is located in the CSRconnect Admin Portal. On the Report menu, navigate to Standard Reports, Volunteer, Volunteer Events Report.

The following columns are available within the Volunteer Events Report:

Term	Definition
Event ID	Unique ID for event, individual activity, or project, but cannot be blank
Event Name	Name of the event
Event Created Date	Date the event was created
Event Start Date	The event's start date and time
Event End Date	The event's end date and time
Event Updated Date	The date the last update occurred for the event
Is Event Recurring	Is this a recurring event? TRUE FALSE
Number of Occurrences	Total number of active occurrences for this event
Show in Search	Identifier for whether the event is set to appear in Search Opportunities
Campaign Name	Name of the volunteer campaign
General Event Tags	What general tags were selected for this event?
Is Virtual	Was this a virtual event? TRUE FALSE
Is VTO Eligible	This event is eligible for Volunteer Time Off (VTO) TRUE FALSE
Event Type	Event types the event is associated with
Event Categories	This is plural in CRA Participations Report: Event categories the event is associated with
Total Participations	Total number of participation instances for this event
Employee Participations	Total number of employee participation instances for this event
Guest Participations	Total number of guest participation instances for this event
Total Hours	Total number of event hours.
Employee Hours	Total number of employee hours for this event
Guest Hours	Total number of guest hours for this event

Event City	Event location's city
Event State	Event location's state
Event Postal Code	Event location's postal code
