Volunteer Participation Report

The Volunteer Events Report is located in the CSRconnect Admin Portal. On the Report menu, navigate to Standard Reports, Volunteer, Volunteer Participation Report.

The following columns are available within the Volunteer Participation Report:

GuestEmail	Guest's email address that the employee entered
OpportunityId	Event ID, NPO event ID, individual activity ID, or project ID
Name	Opportunity name
Origin	Source for where the opportunity came from: - NPO - Community partner - VolunteerMatch - Employee
Classification	Opportunity classification: - Team - Individual - NPO - Project
CreatorEmail	Opportunity creator's email
CreatorEmployeeId	Opportunity creator's employee ID
ShowInSearch	Identifier for whether the event is set to appear in Search Opportunities
CreatedDate	Date the opportunity was created
StartDate	Opportunity's start date and time
EndDate	Opportunity's end date and time
IsRecurring	Is this a recurring event? -TRUE - FALSE
IsVirtual	Is this a virtual event? -TRUE - FALSE
CampaignName	Name of the volunteer campaign associated with this opportunity
GeneralTags	The general tags that were selected for this event
Types	Setting that can be applied to describe an opportunity
Categories	Setting that can be applied to describe an opportunity
OccurenceNumber	For a recurring event, this is a sequential number of the occurrence. For example, if this is the second meeting for a recurring event, the system displays 2.
ShiftOrRoleName	Name applied in the shift setting
WasWaitlist	Was the participant on the waitlist? -TRUE - FALSE
VolunteerParticipationId	Unique participation ID associated with the participation
ParticipationDate	Employee's date and time of participation
VolunteerParticipationUpdateDate	Date and time when volunteer participation was last updated
TotalHours	Total number of hours associated with this participation
ParticipationNote	Individual activity and project descriptive fields entered by the participant
SignUpSource	Employee signed up themselves or was added by an organizer: - Employee - Organizer
SignUpDate	Date the participant registered for the event
CheckedInUpdatedDate	Date and time (based on the event's time zone) when the event organizer updated the participant’s check-in If the participant was on a waitlist, this column will be empty.
CheckedInStatus	Participant’s most recent status Checked In – Check-in completed Check-in Removed – Event organizer removed the participant’s check-in using Manage Participants Not Checked In – Participant did not check in If the participant was on a waitlist, this column will be empty.
CheckedInDate	Date and time (based on the event's time zone) when the participant was checked in If the participant was on a waitlist, this column will be empty.
CheckInSource	Participant's check-in source QR Code - Participant checked in using the QR code Organizer - Organizer or administrator checked the participant in using Manage Participants If the participant was on a waitlist, this column will be empty.
Tshirt	Volunteer's T-shirt size
City	City where the opportunity occurred
State	State where the opportunity occurred
PostalCode	Postal code where the opportunity occurred
Country	Country where the opportunity occurred
County	County where the opportunity occurred
CharityId	The unique ID in the YourCause system for this charity/organization
CharityName	Charity/organization's name
CharityRegistrationNumber	Charity registration ID according to charity feed
