Giving Campaign Reporting
To access Giving Campaign reports from the CSRconnect Admin Portal, select Report, Standard Reports, Campaign.

This Admin report provides a full transactional report by pledges made through campaign feature. Includes all campaign donation types individually by row (payroll, credit card, offline, fundraiser). Does not include cause cards.

This Admin report provides a summary of total campaign pledges by Charity. Includes all campaign donation types by columns (payroll, credit card, offline, fundraiser). Does not include cause cards.

This Admin report provides a summary of total campaign pledges by employee. Includes all campaign donation types by columns (payroll, credit card, offline, fundraiser). Does not include cause cards.

This Admin report provides a high-level breakdown of your campaign giving participation by company hierarchy. This report is driven by Manager ID, begins with your CEO and allows you to drill down into the giving participation of each hierarchy level.
Note: If you are not sending Manager ID in your HR file, this report will not populate data for you to view.

This Admin report provides a high-level breakdown of your campaign giving participation by geographic location. This report can be drilled down by Employee Region, Employee Country, Employee State and Employee City.

This Admin report provides a summary of total campaign pledges by Business Unit as defined by client HR file. Includes all campaign donation types by columns (payroll, credit card, offline, fundraiser). Does not include cause cards.

For clients that hold United Way workplace giving campaigns, YourCause can create the United Way Where Raised Report. This is a summary report for each United Way on the current Gift Link File. These reports are uploaded directly to the United Way’s server for their local United Ways to download. The summary report includes details on donations raised in the United Way’s service area, outside of their service area, and for their partner organizations.
Pro Tip: Inform your Customer Success Manager when planning your campaign so they can enter your report request into our Engineering queue. All reports are prioritized and created at the beginning of the next calendar year. For example: If your campaign runs 10/1/2019 - 10/31/2019, your Where Raised Reports will be generated and uploaded In Q1 2020.
