What's coming soon
Streamlined Home Page and Centralized Engagement Elements Page
We’re refreshing the community home page to provide a clearer layout, simplify navigation, and lay the groundwork for future improvements that will help users find what they need quicker and more effectively. As part of this update, we’re introducing a new Engagement Elements page that will centralize all engagement elements in one place. It will organize elements by type and allow admins to add custom descriptions and control display order, making it easier to communicate the purpose and relevance of each section.

User residency selection now yearly
To ensure we have current residency information for your employees, each user’s residency selection will expire after one year. We will prompt users to select their residency location again at first login after their previous selection expires. We must collect residency information for compliance with California Assembly Bill 488.
Incentives
Disable Cancel Redemption option when higher incentives unlocked
To ensure consistency and prevent invalid actions, the Cancel Redemption option is now disabled whenever an incentive, or any of its associated participation levels, is locked.
For example, if Level 2 is locked, Level 1 will also become locked, and users will no longer see the Cancel Redemption option for all participation levels.
This update ensures users only perform cancellations when the full incentive structure permits it.
For more information, see Participation Levels.
Volunteer
Address entry enhancement for China and other restricted regions
Users in China or other restricted regions without Google services can now manually enter and validate addresses for events, projects, and when recording individual activities (RIA). Location fields (Address, District, City, State or Province, Postal Code, and Country Code) are shown in the user’s preferred language, and they can’t save the opportunity until the address validates.

Tag management moved to CSRconnect Admin Portal
We have moved tag management to the CSRconnect Admin Portal so you can manage this feature without help from your Customer Success Manager. You can manage your tag sets from CSRconnect Admin Portal, Community setup, Community, Tags.
