Transactions on Hold Report

The following columns are available within the Transactions on Hold Report:

Recent Payment Number Most recent payment number that the transaction appeared on

Employee’s email address

Is Employee Active

True/False - Identifies whether this is a current employee

  • If active, TRUE.

  • If inactive, FALSE.

Charity Name Charity’s name
Registration Number The charity's official ID. Also referred to as EIN, Tax ID, BIN, or Government ID.
Charity ID The unique ID in the YourCause system for this charity
Charity Address 1 Charity’s address
Charity Address 2 Charity’s address
Charity City Charity’s city
Charity State Charity’s state
Charity Postal Code Charity’s postal code
Charity Country Name Charity's country name
Charity Country Code Charity’s country code
Charity Status

True/False - Identifies whether this is a current charity

  • If active, TRUE.

  • If inactive, FALSE.

Parent Charity ID

Parent Charity ID

  • If there is no parent, this field is blank.

  • If this is the parent charity, the ID is repeated here.

Original Donation ID Original donation ID/Transaction ID
Donation Date For offline donations, this is the original donation date entered by the user rather than the date recorded in the application.

For all other donation types, this is the date the donations were recorded in CSRconnect.
Designation The user's designation/directions included when they made their donation/pledge.
Transaction Amount Donation amount
Donation Type Donation/transaction type
Status Reason

Reason the transaction is on hold.

Applicable statuses include:

  • Stale Check

  • Undeliverable Check

  • State Revoked Charity

  • Charity Not Give Eligible

Stranded Funds Redirection Status

Was this transaction set to be redirected (but not yet disbursed to the new charity), redirected, reissued, or was no action taken?

Applicable statuses include:

  • Set To Be Redirected

  • Redirected

  • Reissued

  • No Action

Stranded Funds Automation Status

If redirected, did the automation or user redirect this transaction?

Applicable statuses include:

  • Automation

  • User

  • No Action

Stranded Funds Modified Date

Date of redirect/reissue

Date shown only if action taken. If there was no action taken yet, this field is blank.

Recent Payment Created Date Most recent check or ACH date
Number of Payments Number of times this transaction ID has been included on a payment (check or ACH)
Employee Residence Country Code

Employee's country of residence

Column can be null if the codes have not yet been submitted or the employee's residence is outside of the US or Canada.
