Charity custom designations

You can customize the designations available for specific charities.

You must have the Can Manage Custom Designations permission enabled for your role. See Manage roles.

  1. From the CSRconnect Admin Portal, Community setup, select Community, Custom Designations.

  2. To edit an existing custom designation, hover over the Options icon for that charity and select Edit.

  3. To create a new custom designation, select Add Charity.

  4. Use the search fields to select your desired charity.

  5. Customize the designation options for this charity:

    1. Enable or disable any of the default designations.

    2. Select Add Custom Designation to create a new designation. Enter your custom designation text, then select Apply.

    3. You can drag and drop your custom designations to change their order by using the drag icon to the left.

      Note: When employees select a designation, your custom designations will appear between General Support and the rest of the default designations.

  6. Select Save.
