Fundraiser Communication Settings

From CSRconnect Admin Portal, Community setup, Fundraising, Communication Settings, admins can configure the messages their employees receive during the fundraiser approval process.

Your role must include the Can Manage Fundraising Design permission.

1. Under Fundraiser Review Emails, turn email notifications on or off for fundraiser creators who submit a fundraiser for approval.

   • Fundraiser submitted for review

   • Fundraiser approved

   • Fundraiser declined

2. Under Fundraiser Review Messages, you can enter default approved and declined messages. These messages populate the Message to Employee field when an admin approves or declines a fundraiser.

   • Maximum length: 600 characters.
