Complete Checkout - Offline

Tip: Review your donations in My Cart on the Checkout page.

1. Under Privacy Information and Affirmation, specify what information to share with the organizations you donate to.
   

   1. Under Select Privacy Information, select an option:

      • Name and Email

      • Name, Address and Email

      • Anonymous

   2. If you select Name and Email, you can update the name and email attached to your donation.

   3. If you select Name, Address and Email, you can update the name and email attached to your donation, then enter the address to share with the organization.

   4. If enabled, you can select Check this box if you would like to share your donor details with and receive communication from United Way.

   5. If your employer has a custom affirmation, select I agree to the Company Affirmation Statement before you continue.

4. Select Confirm and Finish. If you have Before Confirming Donations in Checkout text, it appears here.

5. The success page confirms that your donation was submitted. It also includes relevant community links in the Related Links section. If you have After Confirming Donations in Checkout text, it appears here.
