Navigation Bar

At the top of each Faculty Access for the Web page, you can use the navigation bar to access the different areas of the program. For navigation bar items with a down arrow, hover your mouse over the name to see a list of sub-navigation items for you to select.

Gradebook

Under Gradebook, you set up, maintain, and enter grades in your gradebook. You can also mark grades as ready for the registrar and see the student view of NetClassroom. For information about Gradebook, see Gradebook.

Attendance

Under Attendance, you set up seating charts and enter attendance either in a grid view or with a seating chart. For information about Attendance, see Attendance.

Requests

In Requests, you view, edit, and approve course requests. For information about Requests, see Student Course Requests.

Reports

Under Reports, based off of the information you enter in Faculty Access for the Web, you create progress reports, missing assignment reports, and performance comparison reports. For information about Reports, see Reports.

Email

Under Email, you create and review emails to students and student relations. You can also view undeliverable email recipients. For information about Email, see Email.

Students

In Students, based on your role (teacher, advisor, or administrator) you can review student information. For information about Students, see Student Information.

Options

Under Options, you set up your Faculty Access for the Web general options and your spell check settings. For information about Options, see Faculty Access for the Web Options.

Help

Under Help, you access the online help, training videos, and frequently asked questions. You can also ask a question in Knowledgebase. For information about Help, see Help Resources.

Exit

To log out of Faculty Access for the Web, click Exit. When you are finished in the program, always log out. When you close the web browser, it does not automatically log you out of Faculty Access for the Web.
