User Profile: Groups & Enrollments (tab)
View information about a user's involvement in academics, activities, athletics, advisory, community, course enrollment, dorms, activity groups. To view information for previous or past years, select the academic year.

Select Core.

Select People finder.

In the Type a name field, enter and select the name of the individual you want to work with. The selected individual's profile page appears.

Select the Groups tab.
By default, information for the current academic year appears. To view past or future information, choose a year from Select year to view.
Tip: From the list of community groups for a user, you can select a group to quickly access the group’s page and view the group’s bulletin board. If an employee leaves your school, we recommend you use this list of community groups to access each group’s page, notify the group leaders, and remove the employee from groups when appropriate. Remember, past employees are not automatically removed from community groups when you withdraw the user from a current employee role.
Note: Much of this information is also available when you use the People finder in Academics to access a student's academic profile and view the Groups tab.
To view activity information for a student, select which term to view.
To go to the community group page for an activity, select the activity name. Based on your role, you may then access the activity's

To view advisory information for a student, select which term to view.
To go to the community group page for an advisory, select the advisory name. Based on your role, you may then access the advisory's
To view athletic information for a student, select which term to view.
To go to the community group page for a sport or team, select the team name. Based on your role, you may then access the teams's

View information about an individual's dorm groups. The individual may be a resident for boarding, have social activities associated with the dorm, be a leader or caretaker, etc. .
To go to a dorm group's page, select the name of the dorm. Based on your role, you may then access the group's

gradebook, grading, or grade reports,

and residents roster.
View information about the groups an individual originally enrolled in, but later dropped.
For example, view academic courses, activities, athletics, and more that the individual only participated in for part of the academic year.
