Blackbaud connections and third party integrations

A user with the integration manager role can enable integrations for other Blackbaud products and 3rd party partners. For information about this role, refer to roles .

1. Select Core.

2. Select Settings.

3. Select Blackbaud connections or Integration settings (for 3rd party integrations).

Tip: For some integrations, you might use the host ID to map a user ID in another database to the user in the solutions.

Tip: Most employees who are responsible for keeping user profile data updated should have the contact card manager role instead of platform manager role (and its clones).
