Delete Basic or Advanced Lists in Bulk (EAP)

When your school's reporting needs or staff change, consider deleting lists you no longer use in bulk. Deleting a list is permanent and affects all users.

  1. Schools participating in the early adopter program (EAP) can use a "sneaky link" url to access a new experience for managing basic and advanced lists. When you join the EAP, save the link to your browser's bookmarks.

A list of basic and advanced lists appears.

Note: Not in the EAP? See basic lists and advanced lists instead.

  2. Choose which Columns of data to show.

Then Filter and sort the list.

You can also search for specific lists.

  3. For each list in the results, a checkbox appears at the beginning of its row. Select the lists you want to move to a category.

To select all lists, use the checkbox in the row of column headers.

A count of the selected lists appears.

  4. Select Delete. A confirmation message appears. It shows the selected lists and who created them.

  5. Select Delete.

See Manage Basic and Advanced Lists.
