Advisory Sections
Advisory sections are the actual advisories in which students are enrolled and to which advisers are assigned.
Before creating an advisory section, an Advisory Manager must first offer the advisory. Advisory sections are the actual advisories in which students are enrolled and to which advisors are assigned.
Users must have group page access to access sections.

From the persona menu, select Academics.

Select Scheduling then Requests and schedules.

Use the drop down to select Advisory.

Select Advisory sections then select View to populate results.

Select Create Section for offered advisories, and enter the number of sections you want to create.

For each section, you can select the name to view it, Edit the details, or Delete it.

If you select Edit, you can modify the following:

Check the available rooms and advisors by block.

Change the Identifier.

Set the Room and Block.

You can also add an advisor or update the head.
Note: Changes made will be applied to this and all future terms.

When your changes are set, select Update Section Information to save.
Once you've created advisory sections, you can assign Advisors to the sections. Then you'll enroll Advisees individually or Enroll Students in Bulk into Advisory.
