Class Roster Reports

From their class pages, faculty members can run the Course Roster Report to generate a list of the students enrolled in their class section. The report displays important details, including course information, student names, student contact numbers, and parent contact information.

Note: Report access is managed by your administrator.

Roster Reports Without Class Access

In some cases, a user who is not associated with a class, such as a school secretary or admin, may need to generate a class roster. Platform Managers may grant users access to the following reports, which are run from the Reports area instead of a class roster:

Course Roster - By Teacher: run for all faculty at once or for one specific faculty member. The report lists students by class section and displays both student and parent contact information.

Manual Attendance Sheet - By Teacher and Section: Run for one faculty member at a time, the report lists all students in a class section with a grid for taking attendance manually. You can include all of the faculty member's classes for the selected date or specify a single class section.
