Class Roster Reports

Faculty can run the Course Roster Report to generate a list of the students enrolled in their class section. The report displays important details, including course information, student names, student contact numbers, and parent contact information.

Faculty can also run the Empty Assignment Grid Report for a spreadsheet-style list of students in their class.

Note: Report access is managed by your administrator.

Administrators may also grant users access to the Course Roster - By Teacher report, which displays the same class and student information, but can be set to include all classes for a chosen faculty member or all faculty at once. Additionally, the Course Roster - By Teacher report is run from Reports, not from a class Roster tab.
