Enroll Students in Bulk into Activity

Activity Group Managers can enroll a group of students into several activity group sections at once.

Tip: Data managers can also enroll students into activities in bulk using an Activity Enrollment import. For more information, see Activity Groups Data Import .

Enroll a group of students into an activity

  1. In Academics, select Scheduling, then Course selection and schedules, and select Activities in the last dropdown.

    OR

    In Extracurricular, select Activities, then Course selection and schedules.

  2. Select Enroll group.

  3. Use the filters and select Search to generate a list of students.

  4. Choose individual students using >> or select Move All.

  5. After the students have been moved to the Added Users column, select Next.

  6. Choose the Term in which to enroll the students, then select Next.

  7. Enter the Date of Enrollment.

  8. Select the sections in which to enroll the students.

  9. When you're finished, select Save & Exit.
