Unlisted Invite Only
Unlisted Invite Only community groups do not display in the group finder. Community Group Managers or Community Group Leaders can invite constituents to join an Unlisted Invite Only community group and constituents must respond to join the group.

As a Community Group Manager or Community Group Leader, go to Extracurricular.

Select Community groups, then Group management, then Community Group Pages.

Select the Year and Level, then View.

Select the group section to open the group page.

Select Roster.

Select Manage roster.

Under Invite User, search for and select the constituents to invite to the group. Invited users display under Invitations.

Repeat step 7 to invite additional constituents.
Note: An invitation notification is sent to invited constituents via email. For more information, see Community Group Notifications.

As a Community Group Manager or Community Group Owner, go to Extracurricular.

Select Community groups, then Group management, then Community Group Pages.

Select the Year and Level, then View.

Select the group section to open the group page.

Select Roster.

Select Manage roster.

Under Invitations, select the "X" next to a user to remove their invitation.

To confirm that you want to delete the invitation, select OK.

From the Student, Parent, or Faculty persona, select Groups, then Find More.

Under Groups with an Invitation, locate the group name and select rsvp.

Select Accept or Decline.

Enter an optional Comment.

Select OK.
