View/Edit Profile Fields
Your school can enable users to view and edit their own profile fields. A platform manager determines these settings for each security role.
For example, you might enable employees to update their home address but require parents to contact the school where staff will information on the parent's behalf.
Configure view and edit access

Select Core.

Select Security.

Select Profile access.

Select View/edit profile fields.

Select a role from the drop-down menu. To affect all users, select the "all school" role.

Select Edit.

Select View to enable users to view, but not edit a field.
Select Edit to enable users to both view and edit the field.

Select Save.
Edit a user's profile information
To update the values for an individual, go to their user profile.
To update the values for users in bulk, consider a data import.
You can also invite users to make updates via school forms.
