Pushpage (Newsletter) Editor Access

Pushpage (newsletter) editors have the ability to create and send newsletter issues for specific templates.

Your organization likely enables multiple employees or groups of employees to create and send newsletters and bulk emails to your community.

A platform manager can create a Pushpage editor group for each communication domain or purpose, such as athletics, admissions, alums, and general info. They also determine user membership for each group, what which templates they can use, whether they can send test jobs or regular issues, and who can they send to.

1. Select Core.

2. Select Security.

3. Select Pushpage editor access. A list of editor groups appears.

You can:

• Add a group.

• Search the list of editor groups to find a specific group.

• Manage editors in bulk for multiple groups.

• Export information about editor groups.

On each group's row, you can:

• View a count of the number of Pushpage templates that group members can use.

• View a count of the number of group members. Select the number to view the names of the group members.

• Select the ellipsis (...) to:

  • Edit a group. This includes updating the details of the group, as well as the membership.

  • Delete a group.
