Manage Editors in Bulk for Pushpage (Newsletter) Editor Groups

Platform managers can update communication access in bulk for Pushpages, such as to prepare for a new year.

  1. Select Core.

  2. Select Security.

  3. Select Pushpage editor access. A list of editor groups appears. See Pushpage editor groups.

  4. Select Manage editors.

  5. To add new editors, search and choose users by name. Then select + Add to editors.

  6. Names of editors appear in a list of users. For each user, enable membership to existing groups.

    Group members also receive the corresponding security role for Pushpages.

    Note: Don't see the group you want? To create a new editor group, see Add an editor group.

  7. You can also remove members from groups.

    • Users who are no longer members of any group will no longer have access Pushpage templates. They also won't be able to send issues or tests.

    • Users who are members of other groups retain their security role the access for those remaining groups.

    Note: Each group must contain at least one member. To remove the entire group, see Delete a Pushpage editor group

  8. Select Save.

The settings of each editor group determine what members can do.
