Publish Contracts
(Re)enrollment managers can publish contracts after they are ready for families to review and submit the contracts. Likewise, (re)enrollment managers can unpublish contracts when families should no longer be able to review and submit the contracts. Managers can also enter specific dates during which the contracts should be available.
After (re)enrollment managers have generated and published the contracts, parents will be able to access the contracts from a banner that appears across the top of the screen, Files & Forms, or from their Account and then selecting Files.

From the persona menu, select Enrollment management.

From Enrollment, then Contracts, select Manage Contract Forms.

In the Status column, select the value to change it. Select Active if the contract should be published to families or select Inactive if the contract should be unpublished.
Note: Contracts that have been submitted cannot be deleted and must instead be marked as inactive.

Select Edit next to the appropriate contract.

Select Edit Settings.

Select Active for the status.

Enter the dates during which the contract should be available.

Select Save.
