Manage Teams
Athletic Group Managers can add teams, manage coaches, enroll players, and access additional team information from Manage teams. Teams are displayed in a list view that can be filtered by School year, School level, and Season.
Select a team name to access the team's Overview, Team details, Schedule, and Manage roster. Select the Head coach's name to quickly access their Contact Card.
Note: Unlike other group types, there is no need to offer a team or Sport level prior to creating team sections. Creating team sections will automatically offer a Sport level.
Note: You must create Sports and Teams before adding team sections. Only one team section can be created per team.

Select Extracurricular > Athletics > Athletics setup.

Select +Add team section.

Select the School level, School year, Season, and Team.

Select Save or Save and add another to create additional sections

Select Extracurricular > Athletics > Athletics setup.

Select the context menu next to the team name > Delete.

Note all player enrollments will be permanently removed.

Select Delete to confirm.
Note: You cannot delete a team section if grading information exists for the section.
Manage team is ideal for adding an individual player or two to a team after you’ve already added other players in bulk through Enroll Group - Athletics .

Select Extracurricular > Athletics > Athletics setup.

Select the context menu next to the team name > Manage team.

Select +Add player.
-
Search for and select the player.

Enter their Jersey number.

Select the Enroll date.

Select Done or Done and add another to add more players.

Select Save.
Note: After selecting Done, you must select Save to complete your changes.

Select Extracurricular > Athletics > Athletics setup.

Select the context menu next to the team name > Manage team.

Select the context menu next to the player.

Choose from the following options:

Error: removes all record of the player from the team.

Drop: leaves a record of the player's enrollment in the team, including grades and attendance. Grades will only be available through the Dropped Grades report. Select Drop, then select the drop date > Save.
Tip: To undo an Error or Drop for a player before saving, select the context menu again and select Undo pending enrollment changes.

Select Save.

Select Extracurricular > Athletics > Athletics setup.

Select the context menu next to the team name > Manage team.

To add a coach, select +Add coach.

Search for and select the coach.

Select the Coach type.

Select Done or Done and add another to add more coaches.

Mark Head coach if applicable.
Note: Only one coach can be the Head coach.

Select Save.
Note: After selecting Done, you must select Save to complete your changes.

Select Extracurricular > Athletics > Athletics setup.

Select the context menu next to the team name > Manage team.

Next to the coach, select the Delete icon.

Select Save.
