Manage Teams - Manage Roster
Under Manage roster, Athletic Group Managers can view and manage team members and their details related to a team.
Students can also be added to team rosters via Athletics Roster data imports. For more information, see Athletic Groups Import .
 Add a player to a team
Add a player to a team
                                                    - 
                                                                In Extracurricular, select Athletics and then Athletics Setup. Note: Alternatively, some schools may do this by selecting School website, and then Athletics, Athletics setup.

                                                                Select a team from the list, then select Manage roster. Tip: Don't see your team? Make sure it is created in Manage Teams. 
- 
                                                                Select Add to roster. 
- 
                                                                Search for and select the student to add as a player. 
- 
                                                                Enter the following optional information: Note: When viewing a team roster on the public website, a player can be selected and their details display. - 
                                                                        Jersey number 
- 
                                                                        Position: the student's position (e.g. Forward). 
- 
                                                                        Height 
- 
                                                                        Weight 
- 
                                                                        Locker number 
- 
                                                                        Locker combination 
- 
                                                                        Letter winner: select this option if the student has received a letter. 
- 
                                                                        Team captain: select this option to designate the student as the team captain. 
- 
                                                                        Accolades: include any athletic achievements (e.g. All-Conference team, Player of the Week)

                                                                Select Upload photo to upload a team-specific photo. If no photo is uploaded, the student's contact card photo is used instead. 
Tip: If a student is on multiple teams, a different photo can be uploaded for each team.

                                                                Select the player information to display on the team page: - 
                                                                        Publish name on public roster 
- 
                                                                        Publish height 
- 
                                                                        Publish weight 
- 
                                                                        Publish roster photo

                                                                Select Save.

                                                                In Extracurricular, select Athletics and then Athletics Setup. Note: Alternatively, some schools may do this by selecting School website, and then Athletics, Athletics setup.

                                                                Select a team from the list, then select Manage roster. 
- 
                                                                Select the context menu next to the student's name. 
- 
                                                                Choose from the following options: - 
                                                                        Error: removes all record of the player from the team. Select Error, then confirm your selection. 
- 
                                                                        Drop: leaves a record of the player's enrollment in the team, including grades and attendance. Grades will only be available through the Dropped Grades report. Select Drop, then select the drop date.

                                                                Select Save.

                                                                Select a team from the list, then select Manage roster. 
- 
                                                                Select the context menu next to the student's name. 
- 
                                                                Select Edit. 
- 
                                                                Make any necessary changes to the team member's information relating to the team, such as their Jersey number or Roster photo. 
- 
                                                                Select Save.
