Attendance

Attendance works in conjunction with Schedule. It allows teachers, coaches, activity leaders, and advisors to record student attendance for courses, teams, activities, and advisories. Managers can record attendance in advance, manage recorded absences, and run analytical reports.

Attendance appears on the Progress tab of a student's Academic Profile. To take attendance, go to Academics, then Home. Under Tasks, select + Add attendance for single student or + Add attendance for group.

Alternatively, you can manage and take attendance right from the Academics Attendance Hub. From Academics, select Attendance.

Note: When attendance totals appear on report cards, the numbers are cumulative. The total per grading period includes the sum of that grading period and the previous grading periods for the same academic year.
