Export Information about Content Editor Groups for Content Categories

Platform managers can export information about content editor groups for content categories. Use the file in third-party spreadsheet applications, such as Microsoft Excel.

1. Select Core.

2. Select Security.

3. Select Content editor access.

4. Select Content. A list of editor groups appears. See Content editor access for content categories.

5. Select Export.

6. Select Export by group or Export by user.

   A comma-separated values file (.csv) is downloaded to your local computer, based on your browser settings. The file lists access for each content category as Yes or No.

The file is named ContentContentEditorGroups_<date and time>.csv or ContentContentEditorUsers_<date and time>.csv, based on the export you chose.
