Delete an Empty Folder or Unused File Name (Label) from the Organizational Structure

A platform manager can delete empty folders and file names (labels) that have no corresponding uploads.

1. Select Core.

2. Select System tools.

3. Select Bulk upload.

4. Select Manage user files.

5. Select Delete next to the appropriate file name (label).
