Total School
Total School (also known as common record exchange) connects multiple platforms (like Blackbaud Education Management and Raiser's Edge NXT) to ensure consistent user profiles across your organization. Whenever a change is made to a user profile on one platform, it automatically updates the corresponding profile on other connected platforms, creating a single "common record".
By connecting systems directly, this feature eliminates duplicate data entry, reduces discrepancies, and provides a holistic, up-to-date view of your constituents across all integrated products.
