Archived Content
Your school may want to archive some content for historical purposes. For example, students and parents may want to view past photos, athletic scores, and more (like browsing a digital yearbook) even after the content is no longer considered recent activity.
Manage archive settings

Select Core.

Select Settings.

Select News settings.

Select Archived content.

To enable users to access archived content, select Yes for Show this section on the persona navigation.
Archived content is organized by categories.

To add a group or category, select + Add more.

To remove a group or category, on the item's row select —.
Consider excluding temporary content and facility notifications. For example, exclude "Parking lot closed for maintenance."
View archived content
From any persona, select News and choose Archived content.
Expired content is excluded from the archive.
