Client Records

To view a record from Receivables, Clients, select the client's name or select View from a client's menu. The Overview, Details, and Activity tabs display for you to view and edit additional info. You can also add alerts and edit or delete the client record as needed.

  • Overview — View and edit basic details and contact info.

  • Details — Add and edit additional client details such as defaults, notes, actions, and custom fields.

    You can also specify payers, determine who receives statements (or copies), and add automatic payments for clients.

  • Activity — Search, sort, and view transaction activity for the client. Choose columns to further define your view, or select the transaction ID to go directly to a record.

    Note: Don't see the ability to add and edit refunds yet? This, and the ability to view Returns, is in Limited Availability (LA) for some of our customers. Look for full support and general availability in a future release.
