Payables Analysis
Invoices are essential for paying bills and maintaining an accurate picture of your organization’s financial standing. To quickly assess your organization's efforts toward its accounts payable activity, select Payables from Analysis, Dashboards for a dashboard of key metrics.
Tip: When you apply a filter, all metrics in the dashboard are updated. For more information, see Payables Analysis Filters.
Summary
Under Summary, you can — at a glance — review invoice metrics, such as invoice balance and any credits from vendors, based on the filters you select. For more information, see Payables Summary.
Aged Accounts Payable
Under Aged accounts payable, you can analyze invoices that need to be paid based on the filters you select. For more information, see Aged Accounts Payable.
Invoices Analysis
Under Invoices, you can analyze unpaid invoices based on payment status and post status. Use the Unpaid invoices list to review each invoice by due date. For more information, see Invoices Analysis.
