Tip: If you contact Blackbaud Support by phone, select to speak with the Financial Edge NXT team using the following menu options: Select 1 for Support, enter your site ID, select 2 for Financial, Award, and Grant Management solutions, then select 1 for Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT or Financial Edge.
