Receivables on Bank Account Records
Use Receivables on bank account records under Treasury to generate an EFT file to send to your bank for processing transactions. If you don't see Receivables on bank account records, have your admin verify your permissions.
From Treasury, Bank accounts, select Receivables on the bank account record, you can set up default deposit information and generate EFT files.
Note: You must select Receivables in the Subledger settings of a bank account record. For more information, see Subledger Settings.
Edit deposit details:

From a bank account record, select Receivables.

Under Edit deposit details, enter information about the EFT, such as Company ID number, Immediate origin, and Immediate origin name.

Select Save.
Note: These EFT settings will be displayed in File options under Generate EFT File.
Generate EFT File:

Under Generate EFT File, you will create the electronic funds transfer file.

Under Criteria, enter the Financial processing date, select which payments to include from these deposits, and Deposit date.

You can filter by Deposits, Banks, and Clients.

Under Deposits, select which deposits to include and select Next.

File options will display the details provided in Edit deposit details, review to make sure it is using the correct parameters for file generation.

Select Create Now.

You will receive a notification on the bank account screen about the EFT file downloading, and again when the file is available for download.
