Report Scheduler

With Report Scheduler, generate reports and email them to users based on a schedule. For example, generate and email a daily income statement to all department heads in your organization.

You can add or update a report or report group schedule in the following ways:

  • When you add a report, select Email report based on schedule, then specify dates, times, a recurrence, frequency, and file format.

  • From Reports, under All reports, select Edit schedule from an existing report's menu.

  • From Reports, under All reports, select a report's frequency under Email schedule.

  • When you add a report group, select Add schedule, then specify dates, times, a recurrence, frequency, and file format.

  • From Reports, under Groups, select Edit from an existing group's menu to update group details and the schedule.

  • From Reports, under Groups, select a group's frequency under Email schedule.
