Post Lists

Use post lists to organize and group transactions in preparation for posting to the general ledger. For example, when new charges appear in your list of January charges, you can resolve any exceptions to avoid posting failures. After January, use the list to batch and validate the charges to prepare for posting.

To access post lists, go to General ledger. Under Related links, select Post lists.

You can also access post lists from their own subledger.

• To access post lists for misc payments, go to Treasury. Under Related links, select Post lists.

• To access post lists for charges, credits, and payments, go to Receivables. Under Related links, select Post lists.
