Sign into Financial Aid Management Parent Portal with Blackbaud ID (BBID)

Use your Blackbaud ID (BBID) to sign in to Financial Aid Management. BBID provides a secure sign-in experience and allows you to access Blackbaud’s K–12 education management solutions—including Financial Aid Management and Tuition Management—using a single email address and password.

When signing in, you can use your existing BBID or create a new one if you do not already have an account.

Because your financial information is sensitive, take steps to keep your login credentials secure:

  • Do not share your password by email, instant message, or any non-secure method.

  • Do not reuse passwords across multiple websites.

  • If you believe your password has been compromised, contact support and reset your password immediately.

First Time Signing Into Financial Aid Management

If you do not have a Financial Aid Management account , complete the following steps:

  1. Go to the Financial Aid Management parent portal.

  2. Select Create account.

    • The Blackbaud ID sign-in appears.

  3. Enter your email address.

    • If you do not have a Blackbaud ID, follow the on-screen steps to create a Blackbaud ID.

    • If you already have a Blackbaud ID, you will be prompted to sign in instead of creating a new account.

To sign in going forward, enter your email address on the Financial Aid Management login page. You will be prompted to sign in using your Blackbaud ID.

Sign in with Google, Apple, or Facebook

When creating your Blackbaud ID, you can choose social sign-in method instead of creating a new password. Social sign-in allows you to use an existing account, such as Google, Apple, or Facebook to manage your Blackbaud ID login.

My Financial Aid Management Account is Not Linked to My Blackbaud ID

If you already have a Blackbaud ID and a Financial Aid Management account, and your accounts are not linked, you will be prompted to link them upon signing in.

  1. Go to the Financial Aid Management parent portal.

  2. Enter your Blackbaud ID email address and select Continue.

  3. Follow the on-screen steps to sign into your Blackbaud ID.

  4. Under Link Your Accounts, enter your Blackbaud Financial Aid password and select Continue.

  5. Your accounts are now linked.

I forgot my Blackbaud ID password

If you forgot your Blackbaud ID password:

  1. Go to the Blackbaud ID password reset page.

  2. Enter the email address associated with your Blackbaud ID.

  3. Select Send.

  4. Check your email for a password reset message.

  5. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.

  • If you do not receive the password reset email, check your Junk or Spam folder.

  • If you sign in using Apple or Google, reset your password through your Apple or Google account.

  • If your organization uses single sign-on (SSO) through an identity provider (IdP), contact your IT administrator to reset your password.
