Awards for Financial Aid
After your school sets up budgets and reviews students' financial information, you determine which students should receive aid, how much they should receive, and how the awards are funded.
From Awards, select Manage Awards to review student needs and grant aid.
-
When you manage awards, students with awards appear under Student Awards. For each student, the awards associated with each budget, the student's total need, total awarded, prorated amounts (if applicable), and remaining need appear.
-
From the grid of Students who have applied for aid for each year, you can view a summary of each student's information, access their applications, and award aid. You can also Filter the grid to focus on students who meet specific criteria.
To update the amount available for award or view all awards funded from the same source, see Budgets. After you determine awards, you can notify families by letter.

From Awards, select Manage Awards and then choose a student's name from the grid of students. This will pull up the student's Application details page. Admins can use the fields available under School changes to update the application with any additional information.

From Awards, select Manage Awards and then choose the Edit action for the student.
