Clusters

With Clusters, Enterprises can group their schools by Region, School Type, and/or School Category, which is useful when managing budgets and generating reports. Cluster information will appear on the Student grid for Enterprise budgets and in some reports. You can also use cluster information for eligibility requirements in Enterprise budgets.

Advanced Enterprise Users configure Region, School Type, and School Category entries in Settings > General Enterprise Settings. They can then define the Region, School Type, and School Category for each school in Settings > General School Settings.

Tip: To access General Enterprise Settings, ensure you've selected All Schools in the schools dropdown.

Enterprise reports can be filtered by Region, School categories, and School types. In addition, cluster information can be found on the following reports:

  • Family report (PDF)

  • Summary report (PDF, XLS)
