Clusters

With Clusters, Enterprises can group their schools by Region, School Type, and/or School Category, which is useful when managing budgets and generating reports. Cluster information appears in the student grid for "Direct to Student" enterprise budgets, some reports, and as eligibility requirement options in Enterprise budgets.

Advanced Enterprise Users configure Region, School Type, and School Category entries in Enterprise Settings. They can then define the Region, School Type, and School Category for a school in the school's General School Settings.

Tip: To access General Enterprise Settings, ensure you've selected All Schools in the schools dropdown. To access General School Settings, select a specific school.

Enterprise reports can be filtered by Region, School categories, and School types. In addition, cluster information can be found on the following reports:

  • Family report (PDF)

  • Summary report (PDF, XLS)
