Enterprise Settings
Advanced Enterprise Users can configure settings and table entries at the Enterprise level. To manage Enterprise Settings, select All Schools in the Schools drop-down.
Add Budget Codes
Budget codes can be used to tag a family for a particular budget.

Select Settings, General Enterprise Settings.

Under Budget Codes, select +Add to add a new code.

Enter the Budget Code Name and Code.

Select Save.
Delete Budget Codes
A budget code can be deleted if it is not in use.

Select Settings, General Enterprise Settings.

Under Budget Codes, select Delete next to the code you want to remove.
Add Groupings (Regions)
Use Groupings (Regions) to designate a specific area for a school, such as the county.

Select Settings, General Enterprise Settings.

Under Groupings, select +Add to add a new region.

Enter the Grouping Name and Description.

Select Save.
Add School Categories
Classify schools by categories, such as Urban, Suburban, Inner City, and Rural.

Select Settings, General Enterprise Settings.

Under School Categories, select +Add to add a new category.

Enter the Category Name and Description.

Select Save.
Add School Types
Classify schools by types, such as Private, Public, or Charter.

Select Settings, General Enterprise Settings.

Under School Types, select +Add to add a new type.

Enter the Type Name and Description.

Select Save.
